To take up this offer, there are two ways you can do this.
1. Let us know you wish to offer this to your syndicate members by calling us or clicking Contact Us, with the name of the syndicate. We will then create a special offer code which we will send to you. Each member can then contact us via phone, quoting their offer code, and they will receive the offer.
2. If you wish to set up everyone’s cover for them and pay in one lump sum, you can do this by sending us an excel spreadsheet with the following details:
• Full name of person to be insured
• Date of birth of person to be insured
• Full address of person to be insured
• Email address of person to be insured
• Contact number of person to be insured
• The level of cover they wish to include
Each person would need to also confirm the following:
• Have you or any person(s) named in this application had any insurance declined, cancelled or had any special terms imposed within the past 3 years?
• How many claims (excluding motor vehicle claims) have you made in the last 3 years, regardless of fault?
• Have you or any person(s) named in this application been convicted of any criminal offences within the last five years or do you have any unspent convictions or are currently the subject of ongoing prosecution (excluding any motoring offences)?
